用料：蛋清75克、玉米油50克、糖粉15克、芝麻60克、低粉50克
芝麻薄脆饼干的做法步骤
1.蛋清加入到糖粉中
2.搅拌均匀
3.再加入玉米油搅拌均匀
4.加入过筛的低粉搅拌均匀
5.再加入熟芝麻搅拌均匀
6.直接倒入在不粘烤盘里
7.刮满整个烤盘，放进提前预热好的烤箱150度烘烤25分钟左右。
